12 Week Mentoring Program
One of the greatest challenges in launching a mentoring program is recruiting and developing mentors. At the National Youth Workers Convention, Mark Matlock presented an introductory approach to building a long-term mentoring program at churches designed to build mentors as they mentor teens. We developed a program based in research that’s been field tested over three years, so churches receive everything they need to launch a successful mentoring program that will help teens grow in Christ and build relationships with adults in your church.
